for dealing with the immediate challenges facing a company.
We assume a stabilizing, leadership role as Interim Manager, Chief Restructuring
Officer or Board member to define and execute the most appropriate course
of action.
Whether it is an emergency, management gap, turnaround, sale of a company,
restructuring, or an orderly wind-down, Hexagons Interim Mangers have the
background and expertise to take on these challenges.
What it Costs
When hiring a Hexagon Interim Manager, the fee is all inclusive. There are
no extra salary related costs. No additional payments such as vacation money,
year-end bonus, health insurance or pension contributions. No employment taxes,
company car, recruitment fees and no severance package.
The administration is very straightforward, one invoice per month and the
fee and any agreed expenses is due for the actual days worked.
Depending on the length and type of the assignment, fees range between €600
and €1400 + VAT per working day.
